Q:How to distinguish the true Cummins diesel generator sets product from the false?
A : Each Coolpac product from DCEC Cummins has multifarious anti-fake lable, laser marking pasted on the engine which including OEM name and engine series number, information lable including OEM name and engine seires number, information label including Cummins Logo and part series number on the radiator. The engine series number and all the part number are unique, correlative and can be reviewed, all the information can be related to the OEM factory which manufacture the G-drive product.
Kaihua Power always provide customers authentic Cummins brand new diesel engines.

Q: What's the warranty period , how a customer can get service after buying a Cummins diesel generator from Kaihua Power?
A: The warranty period of DCEC Cummins open type diesel generator can be 1 year or 1000h, subject to the earlier one. Kaihua power can accept and reply customer's complaints within 24 hours. Technical instructions, defective spare parts exchanges can be available form Kaihua Power directly. Further to the defective main parts of diesel engine, Kaihua Power will be able to contact the nearest service point of Cummins for customers and claim the warranty to Cummins, in which way to convenient customer's warranty experience.
A warranty certificate issued by Kaihua Power is available along with the gensets. Kaihua Power can provide overseas site service.

Q:  I need a diesel generator to start my production line/facility. How can I know the power rating needed for running my equipment?
A:  Customers who need a diesel generator set to run his/her facilities can simply inform us the load capacity, as well as the starting method (delta type or direct type). Kaihua power's engineer will calculate the power ratings needed for you as well as recommend the relavent diesel generator set.

Q: What is the difference between an open type diesel generator and a silent type diesel generator?
A: An open type diesel generator is less weather-proof compared with silent diesel generator. Open type diesel generator is more suitable for adapting inside the equipment room, where customers can design the layout of gensets together with other facilities such as fuel system, exhaust system, cables arrangments.
Silent type is more convenient in installation. It is more suitable for semi-outdoor and outdoor conditions with noise level attenuated to 70~75db(A) at 7m. It also is a more likely option where requires silent environment such as hotel, hospital, airport, resorts, residential, restaurants, etc.

Q:  Is a third party inspection report available before shipping the generator sets?
A:  Kaihua Power has got the SGS report for its fabrication base. For countries that need a third party inspection report, Kaihua Power is capable of supplying SGS, BV, CCIC pre-shipment inspection certificate. Certificates issued by Chamber of Commerce are available on request.
