Q: What is the difference between an open type diesel generator and a silent type diesel generator?
A: An open type diesel generator is less weather-proof compared with silent diesel generator. Open type diesel generator is more suitable for adapting inside the equipment room, where customers can design the layout of gensets together with other facilities such as fuel system, exhaust system, cables arrangments.
